found a free app for my droid called "Doc's Diet Diary"

Allows you to enter what you eat as well as symptoms.  Can send an email report to yourself.  which is pretty much a text document, but I figure I can do a "find" for a keyword like "headache" and scroll through each time it appears to see if I can identify triggers..  

easy to use..  just got a wrist BP cuff to monitor BP and pulse.. figure I can enter that in the sypmptoms area as well..

I  had previously found the "Food Allergy Detective" for the iphone.. Seems like a great app but I don't have an iphone so I continued to search for something I could use so I didn't have to carry a notepad around...

Just starting to use it... so we'll see!!

Thanks Cindy!!   Great suggestion!  I sent it to my doctors!!!!!!!!!!  It could help them with those patients who are really problematic in case they have emergencies with them and they need that info on hand and from far away!!

Thanks for this.  Very cool app. You can even modify it by adding things other than foods to the 'what I am eating' part.  For example you could add exercise or heat or perfume etc.  you can also add additional symptoms.  Very helpful.  Really appreciate learning about this.
