Hey guys, I remember Dr Theo talking about CRH and mast cells at the PNW meeting. It helped me understand more about how stress really does affect us. I found this on line check it out.

Thanks so much Missy!! I kept that one to be added to my notebook--I find it helps to put an article under a Drs nose, instead of arguing with them, when they refuse a med I need... This helps!! Thanks Hon :)
