Title: Treatment suggestions to reduce food intolerances.
Post by Buster on 02/04/11 at 10:53:19

Because many people with mast cell diseases have problems tolerating foods, I thought I would start this thread to consolidate relevant posts under one topic.

I have searched the archives of the email lists and I have found that some people have been able to eliminate or greatly reduce food intolerances by taking high-quality, high-potency probiotic supplements over an extended period of time (i.e., several months to a year).

What other treatments are helpful in halting or reversing the process in which people become allergic/sensitive/intolerant to an increasing number of foods?

Great thread buster - I am eating only fruit and veg and rice  and butter which is still a big improvement from a month ago. I would love to know any thoughts.

I have had luck with doing a heavy metal cleanse and a candidia cleanse. I feel like I have less reactions when I take digestive enzymes too.
