Welcome! I am Deborah, forum founder. This forum has been created as a peaceful haven of support and information for those people living with or knowing someone with any form of mast cell disorder, such as Mastocytosis, Idiopathic Anaphylaxis, Mast Cell Activation Disorder, Urticaria Pigmentosa, etc. It exists with the hope that it will inspire those living with mast cell disease or any other chronic illness to always stay positive and know that you can take matters into your own hands to help yourself. The ability to swap stories, support, and information with others sharing your experiences is a treasure in itself!

You will find this community to be especially helpful and compassionate - even helping point you in the right direction if you find that you don't have a mast cell disorder. When looking for mast cell disorder help, it is helpful to read the basic information tips in this section, so please take a look at them.
