I have tingling in my right hand and feet and occasional muscle twitches all over (arms, legs, back, eyelid)

We are presuming this is separate from my Mast Cell Issues but has anyone else had this?

I too get the muscle twitches but since I have chronic degenerative disk disease I usually tend to link it in that category.
I am curious to see the comments on this.

They're wondering if I'm early MS or connective tissue disease but all tests have been negative apart from a weakly postive ANA. I have no degenerative change on an MRI of my spine.

I have been having Tingling/numbness in both hands at night for Months. It seems to be getting worse. Im going for several blood test this week. One is an ANA-what is that ? I keep forgetting to mention the hand tingling to the dr... If I find out anything helpful- Ill post it.

ANA is anti-nuclear antibody. Is extremely non-specific and you can get false positives. It's a marked of auto-immunity and can be seen in various conditions such as lupus etc
